Is the trial really free?
Yes — every plan ships with a 14-day free trial of the Pro feature set. No credit card required up front. You only pick a paid plan if you decide to keep using DispatchIO after the trial ends.
Are calls included in every plan?
Yes — the built-in softphone and call recording are included in every plan. Smart routing (round-robin, linear hunt, business hours) is included in Pro and above. Per-brand DIDs are part of Enterprise. Outbound call minutes are usage-billed at $0.10/min beyond the included pool — same Twilio pass-through as our SMS overage.
What happens when I hit the SMS cap?
Outgoing SMS pauses at the cap until your monthly cycle resets — your account stays open and email keeps working. You can also buy a one-time message pack any time you need a quick top-up (see below).
What's a 'seat'?
Any active user account that can sign in to DispatchIO — owners, dispatchers, office managers. Technicians who only use the mobile tech portal don't count toward your seat cap.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current monthly billing period; no early-termination fees, ever.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet — every plan is billed monthly today. If you're interested in annual or multi-year pricing, talk to us and we'll work something out.
