Convert a lead into a job — atomically.
From a lead, hit Convert. DispatchIO creates the customer (or matches one by phone), spins up a job, and locks the lead so two dispatchers can't double-create it.
- 1Open the lead and click Convert to job.
- 2Pick or create a customer — DispatchIO suggests matches by phone.
- 3Set the service, time window, and assigned tech, then Save.

Dispatch a tech to the field.
When you assign a tech, DispatchIO texts them a tokenized portal link. They tap it and see today's stops, addresses, customer notes, and a one-tap call button — no app to install.

The softphone lives in a corner dock available from every page. Click any customer's phone number to dial, accept incoming calls without leaving the job, and replay recordings from the calls list. Set up smart routing once and forget it.
- 1Settings → Calls: pick a routing strategy (parallel, round-robin, or linear hunt).
- 2Per-user ring mode: browser, cell, or both. Configure once per teammate.

Reminders that go out without you.
Booking confirmations, day-of reminders, and unpaid-invoice nudges all send themselves on the schedule you set. Dispatchers stop chasing customers — and customers actually answer the door.

Send an invoice and take payment.
When a job hits Pending close, DispatchIO drafts the invoice from the line items the tech captured. One click sends a Stripe checkout link the customer can pay from their phone.
- 1From the job, click Generate invoice — line items pull from the tech's quote.
- 2Send via SMS or email. The customer pays from a Stripe-hosted page.
- 3Payment auto-reconciles back to the job and closes it.
