Three strategies cover every team shape, from one person at a desk to ten dispatchers sharing a queue. Per-user ring duration lets you fine-tune how long each person rings before the next takes over.

  • Ring everyone
    Parallel ring — every available teammate's softphone (and optional cell) rings at once. First to answer wins.
  • Round-robin
    Cycle through users one at a time. Skips users whose softphone has been idle for >90s so closed tabs don't absorb calls.
  • Linear hunt
    Every call starts at the top of the list. Walks down on no-answer. Perfect when one person is the primary responder.
